How much insurance do you hold?

Many venues are now insisting on at least £2m insurance. We hold £5m public liability insurance for our disco service (copy available on request) and £2m for our Event Furnishing/Decorating Business. All our electrical equipment is PAT tested and certified once a year. For more information on the importance of booking with an insured company please click here.

What is a pre-wedding service meeting?

This is a free service we offer to guests taking advantage of our Wedding Reception and/or Wedding Disco package. It involves meeting up, sometimes 1 to 3 times, to fine tune details such as music, special requests, announcements, timings, lighting, special effects, event scheduling etc. It ensures that your day will be perfectly planned and that the DJ is able help you achieve an entertainment package that is right for you both, enabling you to sit back and enjoy your day with the knowledge that your entertainment has been totally catered for.

How will I know my booking has been confirmed?

We will send an electronic pdf contract to you which you should sign and return asap. Deposits are taken by bank transfer, cash or cheque and once made you should email us when we will reply with a confirmation of receipt.

What areas do you cover?

Venue Decor - We cover Basingstoke, Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey & some other parts of the UK. For invitations & wedding stationery we cover the whole of the UK.

Discos - We cover the South of England incorporating Wedding Event Hire in Basingstoke, Mobile Discos in Basingstoke, Event Hire in Hampshire, Mobile Discos in Hampshire, Event Hire in Berkshire, Mobile Discos in Berkshire, Event Hire in Surrey and Mobile Discos in Surrey.

What distance does your free delivery/collection area cover?

Our free delivery & collection is located within 10 miles of RG22 5** and your venue. Outside of these areas a delivery fee may be charged. Please ask for details.

Terms & conditions of offers:

Price matches - Receipt of an original email thread or letterheaded written quotation is required. The other company must be a physical company (not internet based) within Hampshire offering a 'like for like' quotation. In the case of a package quotation the other company must be available on that date and be able to offer the same service or services in a 'like for like' fashion i.e. fibre optic backdrop cannot be price matched with a cheap imitation fairy light backdrop as they are just not the same quality! The company reserves the right to withdraw discounts at any time prior to booking and in accordance with our booking terms and conditions. If a price match is accepted on faith and consequently found to be inaccurate the company reserve the right to charge the client full price for those services. All price match quotations must be in writing to be validated.
